BY REGISTERING WILL YOU PASS MY DETAILS ONTO OTHER COMPANIES?
No. We will never share your details with any other companies.
CAN YOU TAKE ME OFF YOUR MAILING LIST?
Yes. Please click the un-subscribe link at the bottom of one of our newsletters to be removed from the mailing list.
HOW DO I FIND A SPECIFIC ITEM?
You can search for a specific item on the website or contact us directly at email@example.com with your query or to enquire about a bespoke order.
THE PIECE I WANT IS NOT AVAILABLE – WILL THERE BE MORE COMING IN STOCK?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the product name, colour and size that you are looking for and we will do our best to try and make it for you. Please keep in mind that some items are limited edition or one-off pieces so the leathers might not be available but we will make a piece just as special for you.
CAN I ORDER AN ITEM IN ANY COLOUR?
Yes, most colours! Just email us and we will be able to tell you whether a particular colour is available for one of our existing styles. If you have a specific colour in mind, we will try our very best to get a suitable leather especially for you!
WHERE ARE BRONAGH HOLMES LUXURY BAGS MADE?
All of our bags and accessories are custom made-to-order in Ireland, hand-crafted by the designer herself.
WHERE DOES THE LEATHER COME FROM?
The UK, Italy and Iceland.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY LEATHER BAG?
Conditioning your bag 3-4 times a year with a natural leather wax conditioner will keep your bag soft, supple, and prevent it from drying out. Please see our Care Advice section for more information.
DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE VAT?
Yes, all prices shown include VAT.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed on our secure server. If you have any queries with this please email us at email@example.com.

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation by email when we have received your order. It is possible that the confirmation email has gone into your junk or spam email folder. Please contact us at email@example.com if you didn't receive an email, to ensure we received your order.
HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE PACKAGED AND DELIVERED?
All our items are gift wrapped like a beautiful present. A grosgrain ribbon is tied in a bow around a re-usable black box, filled with black tissue paper and a dust bag to protect your piece. All pieces are sent via recorded delivery in a non-branded discreet recyclable mailing bag.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Once your piece has been specially hand-crafted for you, delivery usually takes 1-2 days depending on where you are. Please view our delivery information page for more information.
If you do not see your country in the postage options, please email email@example.com and we will get the best delivery option for you.
I NEED MY ORDER SOONER THAT THE DELIVERY TIME STATED.
All our items are hand-crafted and made-to-order so please allow time for this. We will do our best to get your item to you as soon as possible without compromising quality. If you need your order urgently, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our very best to get it to you on time.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
Yes, you do need to sign for your order. If you’re not home when the package is delivered the courier company will contact you directly to arrange for re-delivery at an appropriate time.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
Once your order has been dispatched we cannot change the shipping address. If your item has not yet been dispatched however, we can do so. Please email email@example.com within 2 days, with your name, order number and the new delivery address.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a shipping confirmation by email when we have dispatched your order.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN POLICIES?
We do not accept returns on customised/initialised items, unless there is a fault with the bag. Any returns due to faults must be returned unused, in the original packaging after contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org to report the issue.
WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?
We will refund you in full for your item excluding the shipping charge, provided it is in perfect condition, in its original packaging and has not been used.
HOW IS THE REFUND PROCESSED?
Your refund is process via our online payment gateway and will take 3-5 working days to show in your bank account.
CAN I ADD SOMETHING TO MY ORDER?
Once you have placed your order you cannot add additional items unless you contact us directly at email@example.com. Otherwise please place another order for any extra items you wish to purchase.
WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY PRODUCT?
All items are quality checked before they are shipped, however if you do have a problem with an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
